GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR FINAL YEARS | SDACOEag

To prevent the spread of the COVID-19 on campus, the guidelines below must be strictly adhered to by all student teachers.


1.      Upon arrival on 22nd June, 2020, all students must report at the administration block and register. Arrival should be between 10am to 4pm. However, student(s) who cannot reach campus within the stipulated time should stay home and come the next day.

2.      The temperature of all student teachers shall be checked. Upon this, a chit, 3 face mask and one hand sanitizer shall be provided for all students before departure for the halls of residence to ensure safety.

3.      All student teachers shall be allocated to a particular hall of residence. No student teacher will be allowed to stay outside campus.

4.      To ensure safety, all students must stick to their assigned hall of residence without moving from one hall/room to another.

5.      Movement outside the College is strictly banned for student teachers.

6.      While in the academic area and halls of residence, all COVID-19 protocols must be observed.

7.      Student teachers shall be in face mask and show his/her hand sanitizer before entering any lecture hall.

8.      Student teachers must avoid sharing of items both at the lecture halls and halls of residence.

9.      During your stay on campus, suspected cases of COVID-19 shall be isolated in the spaces provided by the College.

10.  All student teachers shall pass through the main entrance of the College for lectures and other necessary activities at the academic area.

11.  All student teachers shall not receive visitors during their stay period on campus.

12.  All student teachers should be equipped with all basic items and materials needed during your period of stay on campus since no student teacher shall be allowed to go outside campus.

13.  All student teachers shall not travel outside campus within the period of stay except emergency situations where permission is sought.

14.  All student teachers shall remain in their lecture halls assigned for them and also stick to their desk throughout the period of stay on campus.

 

NB: REGISTRATION SHALL TAKE PLACE AT THE GREAT HALL OF THE COLLEGE.
